What you will do
- Deliver and manage oncology clinical studies in accordance with contracts, SOPs, policies, and quality standards.
- Develop integrated study management plans and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
- Monitor milestones, risks, issues, quality, costs, scope changes, and financial performance.
- Communicate project status and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, including customers.
- Lead vendor management, change control, corrective and preventive actions, and lessons-learned activities.
- Support bid defense presentations, mentor less experienced project members, and contribute to staff development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, including more than 1 year of project management experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Advanced knowledge of the clinical project management area and broad knowledge of related functions.
- Knowledge of clinical trial conduct and applicable regulatory requirements, including ICH GCP and relevant local laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage customer relationships, and oversee clinical study delivery.
