Senior Partner Manager

Location: Johannesburg, South Africa; hybrid work format. On-site presence may be required during event launches or other important dates.

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of large events from signed commercial contract through final closing.
• Act as the main point of contact for event organizers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure requirements are delivered on time.
• Communicate product and process needs to headquarters and collaborate with product and engineering teams.
• Create and maintain Q&A documentation for user support and ensure project requirements are documented.
• Support event launches and other key dates on site when required.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project management or consulting.
• Degree qualification and experience combining project management with operations.
• Fluent English and Korean.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple departments, manage parallel workstreams, and deliver in an ambiguous environment.
• Ability to work with event partners, brands, agencies, and talent while solving problems strategically.

• Event experience.
• Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Strong academic background.
