Lead Strategic Partner Manager (Live Entertainment)

Location: Cape Town; hybrid work with onsite presence potentially required during event launches or other important dates

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of major events from signed commercial contract through final closing.
• Act as the main point of contact for event organizers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure requirements are delivered on time.
• Communicate product and process needs to headquarters and collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive Q&A documentation for user support incidents.
• Ensure project requirements and deliverables are fully documented and provide onsite support when required.

Requirements

• Degree qualification and a background in project management or consulting.
• At least 6 years of experience in project management or consulting.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong analytical, relationship management, communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple departments, manage parallel workstreams, and deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with event partners, brands, agencies, and talent.

Nice to have

• Event industry experience.
• Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Additional language skills.
• Strong academic background.
