Full Stack Engineer (AI)

Location: New York, United States

Salary: $125,000–$205,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Design, build, and ship product features across React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI.
• Build responsive interfaces for document review, diligence frameworks, report generation, and editing.
• Design APIs and data models supporting the application and AI-powered features.
• Integrate LLM capabilities such as document extraction, chat over data, and generated reports.
• Work with clients and client-facing teams to understand workflows and turn feedback into product improvements.
• Support secure document ingestion, client onboarding, integrations, reliability, performance, testing, monitoring, and incident response.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and operating production web applications end to end.
• Strong React, Next.js, and TypeScript experience with data-rich interfaces.
• Backend experience with Python, APIs or services, relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, and asynchronous or background processing.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs, including prompt design, tool calling, and handling model outputs in user-facing applications.
• Strong product sense and the ability to work directly with clients and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a lean, fast-moving environment and take ownership across frontend, backend, and AI development.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, private markets, asset management, wealth management, or fintech.
• Experience in forward-deployed, solutions, or early-stage product engineering roles with significant client exposure.
• Experience with GCP or Azure, containers, and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.
