Spotify Non-Voice Support with French and English (Remote within Bulgaria) - Fixed Term Contract

Location: Remote within Bulgaria; a valid EU work permit is required to work in Bulgaria

What you will do

• Provide email and chat support without phone calls.
• Answer how-to and frequently asked questions about the platform.
• Assist with account management and payment-related issues.
• Guide users through troubleshooting steps clearly and patiently.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Requirements

• French at C1 level.
• English at C1 level.
• Valid EU work permit required to work in Bulgaria.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• A positive, problem-solving attitude and availability for flexible shifts.
