Product Engineer (AI)

Location: Must be based in one of the company’s office locations and hold a valid work permit for that location

hirify.global develops an AI-enabled supply chain planning platform for retailers and manufacturers, covering demand forecasting, replenishment, merchandising, pricing, promotions, supply chain operations, and production planning.

What you will do

• Own product requirements end-to-end, from discovery through UAT and quality assurance.
• Manage deployed products, releases, customer feedback, and iteration cycles.
• Translate customer needs and usage data into team-level priorities with the Engineering Manager.
• Act as an industry and product expert in customer-facing settings, including scoping and feasibility support.
• Validate solutions through quality gates and proactive expectation management.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of customer workflows, goals, and pain points across a product area.
• Ability to challenge stated customer needs based on evidence and experience mentoring other Product Engineers.
• Experience designing solutions involving data, AI/ML, UX, and system integration.
• Solid software engineering and DevOps skills, including building and deploying solutions with existing frameworks.
• Comfort using AI in daily work and contributing to the broader use of AI tools.
• Fluent written and spoken English, plus a valid work permit for the candidate’s office location.
