Product Engineer (Fullstack)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and ship product features with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to a compliance rules engine for legal and regulatory requirements.
• Create workflow automations that streamline employee onboarding.
• Build robust React and embeddable user interfaces for client systems.
• Support internationalization and integrate third-party APIs.
• Incorporate AI tools into product features and own key product domains.

Requirements

• Three years of full-time professional software engineering experience and a track record of building and shipping software products.
• Experience with full-stack development using Remix, React, Prisma, TypeScript, and Effect.
• Experience integrating APIs and third-party services.
• Strong knowledge of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Demonstrated product judgment, customer understanding, autonomy, ownership, and strong written communication.
• Deep understanding of testing and observability, including metrics, logs, traces, alerts, Datadog, and Sentry.
