What you will do

• Design and implement new features and improvements for the employee hiring and onboarding software platform.
• Develop a Compliance Rules Engine to ensure strict adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Create workflow automations to streamline and optimize the employee onboarding process.
• Build robust, user-friendly React UIs and embeddable interfaces for client system integration.
• Implement internationalization to support a diverse global user base.
• Integrate various third-party APIs to enhance platform functionality.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a professional full-stack software engineer.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Remix, and Prisma.
• Experience using Effect.js and integrating third-party services via APIs.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Ability to make product decisions using first-principles reasoning and customer use-case analysis.
• Deep expertise in testing and observability using tools like Datadog and Sentry.
