Senior Blockchain Engineer

Location: Remote from Turkey

What you will do

• Design and operate scalable, secure, and reliable blockchain infrastructure for production use.
• Own blockchain transaction architecture from initiation and signing through execution, confirmation, reconciliation, and recovery.
• Build wallet, custody, key management, and transaction infrastructure across on-chain and off-chain systems.
• Integrate multiple blockchain networks, consensus models, transaction models, and EVM-compatible smart contracts.
• Develop production-grade DeFi workflows including staking, liquidity pools, and DEX integrations.
• Lead architecture, security, observability, incident response, technical discussions, and engineer mentoring.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering experience designing and operating complex production systems.
• Deep hands-on experience with production-grade blockchain infrastructure across multiple ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain architecture, transaction lifecycles, consensus, finality, reorgs, fees, and network-specific behavior.
• Experience with wallet architecture, custody, key management, transaction signing, HSMs, cryptographic workflows, and security boundaries.
• Experience with smart contracts and DeFi protocols, plus strong knowledge of distributed systems, asynchronous processing, idempotency, failure recovery, and data consistency.
• Ability to make architectural decisions, handle ambiguity, operate critical systems, communicate across teams, and mentor engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience with MPC-based custody systems or platforms such as Fireblocks.
• Solidity experience.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools while maintaining security and engineering standards.
