AI Engineer

Location: Kfar Saba, Israel; hybrid with at least three days per week on-site

What you will do

• Build and ship end-to-end AI-driven applications and features.
• Handle the UI, light DevOps, data cleanup, and other work needed for successful delivery.
• Translate changing requirements from internal stakeholders and product teams into clear technical solutions.
• Use agentic coding workflows with tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Codex to maintain development velocity.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across the full feature stack.
• Identify risks, challenge requirements when appropriate, and focus solutions on essential business value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of meaningful software engineering experience.
• Proven experience delivering software to customers and willingness to work across the technology stack.
• Daily proficiency with an agentic coding approach.
• Comfort working with ambiguity, dynamic environments, and self-directed execution.
• Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, product-first approach to problem-solving.
• Availability for a hybrid work model requiring at least three days per week on-site in the office.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience developing LLM applications, especially evaluations and RAG.
• Experience as an early-stage startup employee, founder, or active side-project builder.
