Senior Producer (Games)

Location: Remote

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 annual expected range in California

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end production for game projects, features, or development teams.
• Translate creative vision into actionable development plans with creative, technical, and production leadership.
• Maintain roadmaps, milestones, schedules, dependencies, priorities, and milestone reviews.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary work and provide teams with the information and resources needed for delivery.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, dependencies, and resource constraints, and report progress and key decisions to leadership.
• Manage development partners and publishers, vet co-development partners, and coach individual contributors and teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional game development experience, including significant production or project management experience.
• Experience shipping at least 3 PC or console games in a senior production or leadership role.
• Experience managing a full game development lifecycle from start through launch and live support.
• Experience identifying, vetting, and overseeing external partners, including milestone reviews, risk tracking, contracts, and statements of work.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies and game development processes.
• Strong judgment, communication, relationship management, coaching, and team leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with multiplatform development across consoles, mobile, and VR.
• Experience with Early Access, multiplayer, live service, and cross-platform games.
• Experience with console certification and platform requirements for PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam, and Epic.
• Experience working on licensed products.
