TL;DR
Analytics Engineer / Data Analyst (Databricks/SQL/Python): Building analytical datasets, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and self-service analytics solutions for the Spain organization with an accent on business requirements, data modeling, and data quality. Focus on integrating local data sources, deploying Data & AI use cases, and industrializing analytics products with the Data Engineer.
Location: Madrid, Spain; flexible hybrid working model combining office and remote work

What you will do
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into data models, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics solutions.
- Build and maintain analytical datasets with Databricks, SQL, and Python.
- Develop BI reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics capabilities.
- Integrate local data sources into the broader data ecosystem and support Data & AI use cases.
- Collaborate with the Data Engineer to industrialize analytics products and promote data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, BI, analytics engineering, or a related field.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Good Python skills for data preparation, analysis, and automation.
- Experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms such as Looker or Tableau.
- Experience building dashboards, KPI frameworks, analytical models, and data structures.
- Ability to gather requirements and communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, Jupyter Notebooks, or Google Colab.
- Experience supporting Data & AI use cases.
