Senior Software Detection Engineer (Cloud, Identity Protection)

Location: Hybrid position based in the Ramat-Gan, Israel office; the posting lists Tel Aviv, Israel.

What you will do

• Own the identity entity enrichment pipeline, including DAG-based computation of more than 100 fields, risk scores, and privilege relationships.
• Build ingestion services for Active Directory, Azure, AWS, Kafka-based cloud asset events, and third-party identity sources.
• Design and develop Go microservices while migrating performance-critical services from Node.js and Java.
• Solve dependency ordering, incremental computation, race condition, cache invalidation, throughput, and latency challenges at scale.
• Publish accurate and fresh identity data to the centralized asset graph for millions of identities.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with engineering, product, support, and sales teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience delivering production systems through complete lifecycles.
• Experience designing data-intensive services, pipelines, enrichment engines, or event-driven architectures at scale.
• Strong proficiency in Go, Java, and Node.js, with experience working across multiple stacks.
• Experience with MongoDB, Kafka, event-driven microservices, and production-scale reliability.
• Strong collaboration skills and a BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, or identity and access management.
• Familiarity with graph-based computation models, DAGs, and dependency resolution.
• Experience migrating legacy systems to Go.
• Experience with risk scoring or entity resolution systems.
