Manager OT/ICS Security (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead the independent second-line OT/ICS security function, maintaining separation from first-line execution.
• Define and monitor the OT/ICS security control framework, risk strategy, building blocks, and design patterns.
• Advise sectors and business stakeholders on OT/ICS security, secure design, development, and maintenance.
• Implement and embed OT/ICS security standards and policies across hirify.global sectors.
• Verify control performance, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience in OT/ICS environments.
• Build and manage the central OT/ICS security team, including Architects, Install Base Engineers, and BPA professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in cybersecurity, IT, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience with significant exposure to OT/ICS environments.
• Proven experience in risk, governance, second-line-of-defense, control design, assurance, and compliance roles.
• Experience in industrial environments such as manufacturing, utilities, or critical infrastructure.
• Leadership experience managing teams and senior stakeholders, with a strategic security background.
• Experience with IEC 62443, NIS Regulations, NIST CSF, security architecture, and threat modeling.
