Deployment Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in the Middle East, including Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Travel to customer premises is required 20–40% of the time.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end deployment of an enterprise AI workspace platform in private cloud and on-premises environments.
• Plan, configure, test, and roll out customer deployments.
• Partner with enterprise IT teams to assess infrastructure, security requirements, and data management practices.
• Design deployment strategies aligned with customer needs and data privacy standards.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Travel to customer premises and collaborate directly with customer engineering teams.

Requirements

• Experience deploying enterprise software in private or hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience administering large-scale production Kubernetes clusters and strong knowledge of Helm.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, cloud infrastructure, networking, and virtualization.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Fluent Arabic and English.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and objectives.

Nice to have

• Experience with GPU node orchestration and scheduling.
• Understanding of GPU infrastructure, inference systems, Kubernetes, distributed systems, and performance optimization.
