Senior UI Designer (Gamedev)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work model

What you will do

• Create user-interface assets and menu designs for multiplatform games.
• Apply art direction to user-experience flows and strengthen the game's visual narrative.
• Produce original graphical compositions, including framing and camera angles.
• Develop photomontage, 2D special effects, and artwork using a graphics tablet.
• Collaborate with UX, design, art, and engineering specialists under the supervision of the UI/UX Director.
• Design for tablet, mobile, PC, and home-console platforms.

Requirements

• Solid experience in composition, colour, production, and typography.
• Strong expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong expertise in photomontage, 2D special effects, drawing, and touch-up work with a graphics tablet.
• Ability to work proactively and independently while contributing effectively to a team.
• Good knowledge of visual and graphical trends across television, film, web, and games.
• High-quality work and artistic finesse.

• Portfolio demonstrating artistic ability and finesse.

• High level of English.
