Client Consulting Manager (Fintech)

Location: Makati, Philippines; at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead consulting initiatives and contribute to closing engagements by identifying future opportunities with clients.
• Serve as the main contact for client and internal inquiries while participating in strategic planning discussions.
• Manage multiple workstreams and transform problem statements into proposals with leadership guidance.
• Develop frameworks, solutions, recommendations, and measurable insights to improve client portfolios and customer engagement.
• Analyze client portfolio data, including customer demographics, spending, behavior, and financial information.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, risk, innovation, and global regional teams to deliver projects.

Requirements

• Deep experience and a strong performance track record in a large consulting firm or corporate strategy environment.
• Strong strategic problem-solving skills with a focus on ROI and business performance.
• Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data and use financial indicators to assess performance.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and data visualization skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to create templates and storyboards, guide others, and support competitive analysis and proposal development.
