What you will do

• Prepare and cut fabric for upholstered furniture and panels according to standardized work instructions.
• Operate manual tools, power tools, and automated equipment, including Gerber cutting machinery.
• Select the appropriate die for each product and fabric type.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and meet required cycle-time rates.
• Follow plant, department, quality, safety, and 5S requirements while maintaining a clean work area.
• Rotate between department workstations, support improvement activities, and work overtime as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction.
• Ability to read, understand, communicate, and interpret written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work cooperatively with the department and other teams and adapt to changing assignments.
• Ability to stand, bend, and twist for periods of up to 10–12 hours and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
