Scientific Strategy and Partnership Manager (Pharmaceutical)

What you will do

• Execute scientific strategic partnership plans with Centers of Excellence hospitals, academic institutions, and professional societies.
• Coordinate project operations, milestones, resources, communications, and governance records.
• Identify partnership opportunities based on unmet medical needs and scientific value.
• Establish and maintain academic platforms and relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical experts, and external partners.
• Coordinate with Medical, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Marketing, and Market Access teams.
• Monitor risks and issues, propose solutions, and ensure compliance with ethical standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Clinical Medicine, Biopharmaceutical Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination within pharmaceutical or healthcare settings.
• MSL or Medical Affairs experience with external stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, execution, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Fluent written English communication skills and understanding of medical affairs compliance and ethical standards.
