What you will do
- Monitor the LNG platform daily to maintain accurate, complete, and timely cargo-level data and coverage of emerging areas such as LNG bunkering.
- Structure, audit, and analyze large, disparate, and unstructured datasets to track global energy flows and identify market trends.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate market observations into data pipeline improvements and new platform features.
- Support global Sales with technical product demonstrations and help clients gain strategic value from solutions.
- Track infrastructure outages, trade rerouting, maintenance events, and other developments across global gas markets.
- Work with News, Insight, and industry networks to anticipate client intelligence needs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Market Analyst or in a similar role focused on gas or LNG markets.
- Advanced Excel skills and practical knowledge of SQL and programming or scripting languages such as Python or VBA.
- Experience analyzing large, complex, and unstructured datasets to identify trends and support strategic decisions.
- Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, ownership, and self-starter mindset.
- Experience presenting data findings, platform features, or market insights to external clients and commercial stakeholders.
