Senior Client Service Representative (Custody Service)

What you will do

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex client issues and ensure timely, accurate resolution.
• Develop and execute proactive relationship and service plans for custody service clients.
• Introduce clients to automation tools, innovative technologies, and BBH Infuse systems.
• Coordinate new business and product implementations, client discussions, and special projects.
• Identify service enhancements, implement best practices, and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with risk management policies while maintaining a client-first approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage high-pressure situations.
• Collaborative approach and a client-centric mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in trade or cash settlement.
• Project management skills and relevant experience.
