Senior Risk Manager (Crypto)

What you will do

• Support the Regional Head of Risk in overseeing financial and non-financial risks across regional entities.
• Maintain and enhance regional risk frameworks, internal controls, governance documentation, and risk appetite statements.
• Identify, assess, and monitor operational, technology, cybersecurity, market, credit, liquidity, and reputational risks.
• Implement risk and control self-assessments, monitor remediation actions, and track key risk indicators.
• Review third-party and outsourcing risk assessments and maintain the enterprise risk register.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, internal and external audit teams, and support regulatory reviews.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in enterprise risk management, internal audit, or compliance within regulated financial services, fintech, or digital asset firms.
• Experience contributing to the development of risk functions, internal controls, risk appetite, and governance frameworks.
• Working knowledge of financial and non-financial risk domains and recognized risk management methodologies.
• Strong analytical, written communication, collaboration, judgment, and escalation skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Fluent English and legal eligibility to work in the relevant jurisdiction are required.
