What you will do

• Manage regulatory reporting governance activities and monitor adherence to approved processes.
• Review and validate regulatory reporting data to identify gaps, exceptions, and control weaknesses.
• Coordinate regulatory change implementation arising from new regulations and audit observations.
• Develop and present management information, dashboards, and status updates for governance forums.
• Liaise with Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams to clarify requirements and resolve reporting issues.
• Maintain comprehensive governance documentation and evidence packs to support audit readiness.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services with a focus on regulatory reporting or risk and control.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or Economics.
• Strong understanding of regulatory data validation and risk and control frameworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and policy interpretation.
