Manager - Business Banking Regulatory Reporting

What you will do

• Manage Business Banking regulatory reporting governance, requirements, processes, and documentation.
• Review and validate regulatory reporting data, inputs, dependencies, and controls to identify gaps, exceptions, and weaknesses.
• Monitor data quality issues, reporting control trends, remediation actions, and regulatory change deliverables.
• Analyse findings from internal reviews, external observations, audits, and regulatory changes, supporting sustainable control improvements.
• Develop and present management information, dashboards, status updates, and reporting insights for governance forums.
• Coordinate with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain audit-ready evidence and records.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in banking or financial services, including regulatory reporting, governance, business control, risk and control, management information, or regulatory implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Experience with regulatory reporting governance, business banking products and processes, risk and control frameworks, and regulatory data validation.
• Experience with management information, dashboard reporting, issue and remediation tracking, regulatory change implementation, and governance documentation.
• Stakeholder management, audit and regulatory review support, policy and process interpretation, and analytical thinking.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
