What you will do

• Lead regulatory change management and gap assessment coordination across business segments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory matters, ensuring alignment with compliance frameworks.
• Oversee assurance activities and remediation efforts arising from audits and regulatory mandates.
• Develop and maintain regulatory reporting and management information frameworks.
• Provide independent challenge and oversight to ensure timely resolution of compliance gaps.
• Manage and motivate the governance team to achieve departmental objectives and performance standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, or Governance within the banking industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Law, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of corporate banking business models, products, and services.
• Working knowledge of the current regulatory environment and regulatory risk.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Competency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
