AI Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Arlington, Virginia, United States; hybrid/remote

Salary: $220,000–$240,000 annually

What you will do

• Deploy AI-driven monitoring and operational intelligence solutions.
• Develop automation for incident detection, response, and remediation.
• Analyze operational data to identify patterns and predict failures.
• Implement event correlation, anomaly detection, and intelligent alert reduction.
• Integrate AI tools with ServiceNow ITOM and build operational dashboards.
• Improve system availability and performance through AI-driven insights.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required; ability to attain DEA suitability required.
• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of infrastructure or cloud engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in IT operations and cloud environments.
• Experience with AIOps platforms, machine learning concepts, observability tools, and ServiceNow ITOM.
• Advanced Python scripting skills for automation and data processing.
• Strong data analytics, cloud operations, and automation framework knowledge.

Nice to have

• AI/ML or cloud certifications.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Splunk or Dynatrace certification.
