Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack (AI)

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable multi-tenant backend services and APIs.
• Build and maintain web applications using Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, MongoDB, GraphQL, Apollo, AWS, and Kafka.
• Lead engineering projects, contribute to functional strategy, and influence technical design and prioritization.
• Produce maintainable, tested, performant, and scalable code while debugging production issues across services and stack layers.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in an autonomous team environment.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering blogs, hiring improvements, and internal hackathons.

Requirements

• Business-level English fluency for reading, writing, and speaking.
• 5+ years of experience developing and deploying web applications with a record of shipping production code.
• Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, GraphQL, Apollo, and MongoDB.
• Experience building complex web systems and debugging production issues across multiple services and stack layers.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Ability to work in an agile, safe-to-fail environment and proactively apply emerging AI technologies.
