AI Engineer (Agentic AI Systems)

What you will do

• Develop LLM-powered agents that use tools, APIs, and data to complete complex tasks.
• Implement RAG pipelines and end-to-end systems covering data ingestion, reasoning, and action.
• Design multi-step reasoning workflows and evaluate model accuracy, latency, and cost.
• Build reusable platform components for memory and context management, tool integration, and knowledge retrieval.
• Collaborate with FPGA and ASIC teams on hardware-aware AI design and optimize inference across CPU, GPU, and FPGA.
• Build production systems used in real engineering workflows while working with senior architects and domain experts.

Requirements

• Master’s degree, or an exceptional Bachelor’s degree, in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience, including internships, research, or industry experience.
• Strong Python skills; C++ is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML projects or backend and distributed systems.
• Solid fundamentals in data structures and basic system design.
• Evidence of building a non-trivial AI project, open-source contribution, or research prototype.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases such as FAISS or Milvus.
• Exposure to RAG, prompt engineering, agent workflows, hardware acceleration, or performance optimization.
