What you will do
- Develop and deploy Generative AI use cases that improve engineering productivity, knowledge management, and workflow automation.
- Build AI-powered solutions with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Glean, Vero, Power Automate, SharePoint, and related enterprise platforms.
- Create and maintain internal knowledge assistants, AI agents, and document retrieval systems for engineering, sales, and customer support teams.
- Develop automated workflows for information collection, report generation, knowledge extraction, and enterprise data analysis.
- Create proof-of-concept solutions for technical knowledge search, customer visit report summarization, project tracking, and task automation.
- Evaluate AI tools, prompt engineering approaches, and agent architectures, while documenting workflows and implementation guidance.
Requirements
- Current Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in Generative AI, Large Language Models, AI agents, and enterprise AI applications.
- Familiarity with Python and basic software development practices.
- Familiarity with at least one AI framework or platform, such as OpenAI API, Azure AI Services, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Good English reading and writing skills required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation, prompt engineering, vector databases, or knowledge management.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, or Power BI.
- Experience with AI agents, chatbots, LLM applications, enterprise search, knowledge management, or document intelligence.
- Experience with web development, data visualization, workflow automation, open-source projects, hackathons, research projects, or AI publications.
