Location: Hudson, Wisconsin, United States; onsite, second shift

Salary: $23.36–$46.72 per hour, based on experience and weld test

What you will do

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings to determine component specifications and dimensions.
• Assemble and fabricate metal structures and equipment using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment.
• Perform MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
• Inspect welded surfaces and structures for defects and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain welding and fabrication equipment in a safe operating condition.
• Collaborate with coworkers, follow safety procedures, and participate in Lean Manufacturing and 5S improvement activities.

Requirements

• Experience with metal fabrication and welding.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings.
• Ability to use welding, cutting, shaping, and measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Placement at Fabricator Level 1–5 is determined by experience and weld test results.
• Local Union 14 position; availability for second-shift work.
