Ecommerce Manager (Ecommerce)

Location: Seoul, Republic of Korea; full-time position based in Korea. Local contract requires legal right to work in Korea before applying.

What you will do

• Own ecommerce commercial performance in Korea, analyzing sales data, budgets, opportunities, and risks.
• Lead sales strategy execution and cost-control initiatives to support profitability and sustainable growth.
• Improve digital customer experience across ecommerce touchpoints with an omnichannel focus.
• Oversee daily ecommerce operations and end-to-end functionality of digital channels.
• Develop CRM initiatives using customer data, segmentation, personalization, and service performance insights.
• Lead and develop the ecommerce team while collaborating with marketing, merchandising, controlling, regional and global stakeholders, marketplaces, agencies, and vendors.

Requirements

• Strong leadership experience in ecommerce, digital commerce, or online retail.
• Deep understanding of customer experience, CRM, and omnichannel retail.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
• Experience improving operations through strategic planning, process optimization, and resource management.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, lead cross-functional initiatives, and communicate effectively with varied audiences.
• Legal right to work in Korea is required; CV must be submitted in English.
