Manager, Pricing Product Operations

What you will do

• Lead pricing product launches and rollouts within Pricing Operations.
• Create SOPs, training materials, and documentation for operational teams.
• Coordinate Pricing Product Managers and frontline operations teams to resolve deployment blockers.
• Track product adoption, operational efficiency impact, and user compliance after launches.
• Directly manage L4 Associates and support their daily execution and career growth.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Strategy and Operations.
• Experience with process optimization and product lifecycle management.
• Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite in Taipei, Taiwan.
