Warehouse Supervisor (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: City of Singapore; on-site warehouse and GMP-controlled manufacturing operations

What you will do

• Lead daily warehouse and kitting operations, including picking, verification, labelling, assembly, staging, and delivery of materials to Manufacturing.
• Manage raw material sampling activities, including representative sampling, contamination control, sample storage, documentation, and coordination with QA/QC.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, stock reconciliation, SAP transactions, and investigation of discrepancies.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop the Kitting and Sampling teams while ensuring safe, accurate, and timely execution.
• Coordinate material availability and production requirements with Manufacturing, QA/QC, Planning, HSE, Engineering, IT, and Warehouse & Logistics stakeholders.
• Support deviations, investigations, CAPA, change controls, audits, SOP development, Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, manufacturing logistics, material handling, kitting, inventory, or sampling operations.
• Supervisory or people leadership experience, preferably across multiple operational activities or teams.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other GMP-regulated manufacturing environments is highly advantageous.
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related discipline; Higher NITEC/ITE qualifications with strong relevant GMP experience may also be considered.
• Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, ALCOA+ data integrity, inventory control, traceability, storage requirements, and warehouse processes.
• English proficiency and ability to work in cleanroom and GMP-controlled environments, including gowning and strict hygiene procedures, are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP HANA, EWM, LIMS, warehouse management systems, raw material sampling, aseptic practices, or contamination control.
• Certification or willingness to train in operating electric pallet jacks, stackers, and other material-handling equipment.
