Senior Software Engineer - Developer Experience (Golang, Python)

What you will do

• Build and maintain CI/CD systems, test infrastructure, release automation, and deployment safety mechanisms.
• Improve developer workflows across local and remote environments, build systems, IDE integrations, and AI-assisted development tooling.
• Maintain source control, monorepo, code review, and developer environment infrastructure.
• Design and operate high-scale platforms that support large engineering organizations.
• Reduce build times, automate releases, and create self-service platforms that help engineering teams work independently.

Requirements

• Strong platform engineering background with professional programming experience in Python and Go.
• Experience building and operating systems at scale and supporting engineering organizations of 1,000+ engineers.
• Strong experience with AWS or GCP, with AWS used in the environment.
• Thorough production experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Experience building and maintaining complex CI/CD pipelines at scale, plus Bazel, Gradle, or similar monorepo build tools.
• Experience with observability and infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java or TypeScript.
• Background in developer tooling, release automation, deployment safety, or large-scale build and test infrastructure.
• Open-source contributions to infrastructure or developer tools.
• Experience integrating AI or LLM capabilities into developer workflows.
