Software Engineer, DevOps

What you will do

• Deploy, maintain, and improve secure, scalable cloud environments on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, and related Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and production environment automation.
• Implement observability through metrics, logging, monitoring, and alerting, while supporting reliability and performance.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters and troubleshoot containerized workloads across Linux, networking, and distributed systems.
• Work directly with enterprise customers and internal teams on deployments, architecture discussions, incident resolution, and product feedback.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in cloud, DevOps, platform engineering, or related roles.
• At least 2 years of hands-on Kubernetes experience in production environments.
• Strong hands-on AWS experience and experience operating cloud-based applications in production or near-production settings.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and automating infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, learning, and adaptation skills.

Nice to have

• Customer-facing technical experience in banking or financial services.
• Exposure to GCP or Azure and cloud, Kubernetes, or AI/ML certifications.
• Experience with AI/ML or data-intensive workloads in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with security, compliance, data governance, and Generative AI frameworks.
