What you will do

• Manage local SEO programs and Google Business Profile listings across multiple locations.
• Create, claim, verify, and optimize GBP fields, including categories, descriptions, services, products, and attributes.
• Coordinate with data aggregators, partners, SEO teams, content marketing, and account management to grow citations and local content.
• Troubleshoot GBP suspensions, reinstatements, and verification issues.
• Communicate with clients, prepare performance reports, and present recommendations using ranking software.
• Identify account issues and profitable opportunities for SEO investments and cross-channel growth.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of client SEO experience in an agency environment.
• 2+ years of local SEO or local listings management experience for enterprise brands.
• 2 years of client-facing experience and the ability to lead local strategy for a growth-focused SEO client.
• Strong knowledge of Local SEO, Google Business Profile, GBP API, landing pages, reviews, ratings, and citation management.
• Experience with keyword research, data mining, competitive analysis, Google Apps, and internet-based tools.
• General website experience; familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or Magento is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with website CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Magento.
• Experience with Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools.
