Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: Remote

Salary: $112,500–$125,000 base salary, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own technical searches end-to-end, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and closing.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Data, Security, and other technical leaders to define hiring needs and recruiting strategies.
• Build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, networking, and creative outreach.
• Use talent-market insights, recruiting data, and funnel metrics to improve hiring results.
• Help hiring managers create effective interview processes and make consistent, competency-based decisions with AI where appropriate.
• Manage multiple searches and changing priorities while maintaining speed, quality, communication, and a strong candidate experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up.
• Experience recruiting for Software Engineering, Product, Data, Security, or other technical functions.
• Strong sourcing skills and success engaging passive technical candidates.
• Experience owning searches end-to-end and partnering directly with hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience using recruiting metrics and funnel data to improve results; healthcare experience is not required.
