Executive Manager - Squad Cyber Technical Lead (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Set technical direction and delivery priorities for application security, AI governance, continuous security validation, and compliance-trail workstreams.
• Translate approved security policies into operational controls, measurable service levels, and repeatable delivery practices.
• Own the architecture, performance, lifecycle, and integration strategy for the cybersecurity tooling ecosystem.
• Design evidence flows from DefectDojo through attestation and Power BI governance reporting.
• Lead the Security Champions Guild and strengthen secure engineering adoption across delivery teams.
• Present the monthly DevSecOps Governance Dashboard and explain risks, exceptions, remediation progress, and emerging issues to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Substantial experience leading cybersecurity engineering, security architecture, or comparable technical security functions.
• Strong practical command of DevSecOps, secure software delivery, and security engineering across Azure and AWS environments.
• Demonstrable expertise in AI security, LLM security, AI governance, or controls for emerging technologies.
• Professional experience in banking, financial services, government, or another closely regulated industry.
• Working knowledge of CBUAE Decree-Law 6/2025, the Enabling Technologies Guidelines, and the AI/ML Guidance Note.
• Familiarity with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, ISO/IEC 42001, and three-lines-of-defence operating models.
