Field Quality Engineer (Gaming)

What you will do

• Review data on components, assemblies, and processes to identify quality improvement opportunities.
• Analyze post-installation product failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Field Service, Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Configuration, Supplier Quality, and Sales teams.
• Provide quality expertise across the product lifecycle, including product builds and customer-venue installations.
• Conduct on-site installation audits and implement strategic quality improvement plans across departments.
• Support warranty repair recovery programs and develop end-of-life standards and material performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Business Processes.
• Hands-on experience with quality systems, supplier and product auditing, and production quality engineering.
• Knowledge of electronic systems involving power, lighting, audio, touch technology, visual displays, and networking.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to analyze complex datasets and identify trends.
• Knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement, and related quality methodologies, with strong communication and independent working skills.
