Location: Basking Ridge, New Jersey, United States; in-house office position with up to 30% global travel

Salary: USD 234,450–390,750 annually

What you will do

  • Lead the Global Oncology Clinical Science strategy and delivery of clinical studies for one or more assets.
  • Manage clinical scientists and integrate regionally based clinical science teams into a global organization.
  • Oversee clinical development activities from study ideation and protocol development through study conduct, data review, database lock, Clinical Study Reports, and health authority submissions.
  • Collaborate with clinical operations, biostatistics, data management, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, commercial, finance, HR, and other R&D functions.
  • Build a performance-based team culture through recruiting, coaching, development, career planning, and performance management.
  • Manage workforce planning, operating and capital budgets, resource allocation, training, process improvement, and global clinical development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent preferred; PharmD or equivalent preferred.
  • Postgraduate training in oncology or a related specialty preferred.
  • 7 or more years of relevant clinical oncology experience preferred.
  • Experience leading clinical scientists and overseeing global oncology clinical trials.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
