Parts Clean and Prep Associate (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Coordinate with packaging supervision across shifts to ensure clean parts are available for the production schedule.
• Manually clean pharmaceutical product-contact parts and quality control count-check slides according to qualified processes.
• Load, operate, and unload automatic parts washers, including preparing cleaning solutions and refilling alcohol dispensers.
• Complete equipment cleaning worksheets in the electronic batch management system.
• Disassemble and reassemble feeders after cleaning and maintain cleaning tags within their expiration period.
• Follow batch records, SOPs, protocols, GMP requirements, and environmental, health, and safety procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and understand production schedules.
• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work overtime and perform standing, twisting, and lifting activities during the shift.
• Previous GMP production experience is preferred; 1–2 years of pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
