Security Analytics & AI Insights Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote per week in Johnston, Rhode Island; Boston, Massachusetts; or Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Remote-only work is not available.

Salary: $90,000–$105,000 per year, plus potential incentive earnings.

What you will do

• Analyze cybersecurity and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, risk indicators, and performance insights.
• Develop KPIs, KRIs, executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting products using Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis, identify patterns, automate reporting, and evaluate generated outputs for accuracy and business value.
• Aggregate, cleanse, transform, and integrate data from vulnerability management, cloud security, application security, IAM, threat intelligence, security operations, and cyber risk programs.
• Translate technical findings into business-focused recommendations for Security, Risk, Compliance, Resilience, Infrastructure, Technology, and Application Development stakeholders.
• Improve reporting automation, data quality, dashboard usability, stakeholder adoption, and security risk visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, data science, computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, statistics, mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or related disciplines.
• Experience designing dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions and analyzing large datasets with SQL.
• Experience with SQL, data modeling, Python, R, data wrangling, cleansing, transformation, APIs, and data integration concepts.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools, large language models, prompt-based tools, or AI-generated outputs for analytics, reporting, automation, or decision support.
• Ability to work onsite four days per week at one of the listed U.S. hub locations.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity, technology, risk, compliance, or operational reporting experience.
• Security certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or CISM.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, GenAI tools, cloud data platforms, or AI-enabled reporting environments.
• Master’s degree or analytics, visualization, AI, data, or cloud certifications.
