Software Engineer | Aura Platform (AI)

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate the Aura AI Platform infrastructure for Notebooks, Jobs, Apps, AI Agents, and model-serving workloads.
• Develop services for container pools, resource scaling, routing, RBAC, billing, observability, and secure network access between clusters.
• Lead complex cross-functional technical initiatives from conception through deployment and mentor other engineers.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, customers, and engineers to deliver high-quality platform experiences.
• Drive engineering standards for system design, code quality, testing, observability, and CI/CD.
• Participate in on-call rotations and improve cloud infrastructure reliability, security, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Senior-level software engineering experience, including 4+ years working on a SaaS product.
• Experience with distributed systems and programming in Golang, Python, or Rust.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized services.
• Strong communication, collaboration, mentoring, and technical execution skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud infrastructure.
• Experience building developer, compute, or ML platforms and serverless or container execution environments.
• Experience with frontend web frameworks such as React.
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical projects.
