Pediatric Visiting Professor (Nursing)

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, USA; campus-based role

Compensation: $1,120–$7,245 per assignment, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Deliver clinical teaching aligned with the College's curriculum, philosophy, program outcomes, and course objectives.
• Plan clinical experiences and directly supervise and evaluate nursing students providing patient care.
• Provide timely, documented feedback, remediation, and evaluation based on course objectives.
• Develop clinical assignments and assess homework, tests, lab assignments, and other student work.
• Coordinate with clinical agencies, course coordinators, administrators, staff, and faculty regarding student and agency needs.
• Support program development, assessment, retention initiatives, policy implementation, and student satisfaction.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing.
• At least two years of registered nursing practice experience within the last five years.
• Professional nurse licensure in the state of practice.
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and sound judgment.
• Ability to support clinical education, collaboration, group problem-solving, and professional standards.
