Location: Irwindale, California, US; hybrid work with required attendance at an SCE facility. Employees are generally required to work and reside in California.

Salary: $129,200–$193,700 per year

What you will do

  • Manage Demand Response and Distributed Generation contracts with third-party aggregators.
  • Lead implementation of customer programs, ensuring customer value, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate program activities with internal teams, external vendors, aggregators, and utility operations.
  • Review dashboards, reports, customer feedback, efficiency metrics, and cost-effectiveness data to identify issues and improvements.
  • Oversee reporting obligations, budgets, settlements, deliverables, event readiness, and contract transition activities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, develop training, and support outreach events.

Requirements

  • Seven or more years of experience in customer service, corporate, administrative, analytical, or business operations roles.
  • At least two years of experience supporting customer programs, services, or projects.
  • Experience with program compliance, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and operational processes.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional workstreams, manage competing priorities, resolve issues, and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong communication, analytical, reporting, and relationship-building skills.
  • Successful candidates must pass a Personnel Risk Assessment or background investigation for a NERC/CIP impacted position.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing contracts, vendors or aggregators, service-level performance, budgets, purchase orders, invoices, settlements, and deliverables.
  • Experience with Demand Response, Distributed Generation, distributed energy resources, clean energy programs, utility operations, or wholesale energy markets.
  • Experience supporting regulatory filings, testimony, data requests, audits, or financial reporting.
  • Experience with Excel, Power BI, SAP, Ariba, or similar systems.
  • Experience creating procedures, trackers, training materials, or business continuity documentation.
