DevOps Engineer (AI)

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid

hirify.global Systems develops AI computing hardware and software built around the Wafer Scale Engine, supporting high-speed model training and inference.

What you will do

• Build and improve automation for software build, testing, deployment, and validation across cloud and datacenter environments.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable software development and testing.
• Create Python and shell scripts and internal tools to automate engineering and operational tasks.
• Deploy and manage development and testing environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and other container technologies.
• Work with development and product management teams to monitor software quality and performance.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience working in software development environments.
• Proficiency in Python, shell scripting, and Makefiles.
• Strong end-to-end triage, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Jenkins, CI/CD platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and container technologies.
• Experience building services on AWS or other cloud platforms at scale.

Nice to have

• UI development experience.
