Financial Officer - Intern

Location: Casper, Wyoming, United States; travel to Omaha, Nebraska three times during the internship is required.

Salary: $20.00 per hour; eligible interns may also receive a $500 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Learn office procedures and assist with promotional activities.
• Input and analyze customers’ annual financial information.
• Conduct credit verifications with references and other lenders.
• Support public activities promoting hirify.global.
• Observe marketing, sales, prospecting calls, loan applications, renewals, and loan closings.
• Complete assigned projects and learn about real estate and chattel appraisal procedures.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in agricultural business, accounting, finance, agricultural economics, animal science, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interest in agricultural finance, lending, and credit.
• Available for a 12-week summer internship and required travel to Omaha, Nebraska three times.
