Security Systems Technical Lead (Physical Security)

What you will do

• Lead the planning, technical execution, and delivery of enterprise physical security technology projects involving PACS, VMS, video analytics, and related infrastructure.
• Own initiatives from requirements gathering and technical design through testing, deployment, commissioning, and operational handoff.
• Lead migrations, upgrades, integrations, system configuration, provisioning, and integration testing across on-premises, hybrid, and SaaS environments.
• Evaluate system health, troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and develop remediation strategies.
• Review architectures, device configurations, and infrastructure requirements against security and enterprise standards.
• Partner with security operations, IT, engineering, vendors, and other stakeholders while improving documentation, lifecycle management, standardization, and automation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing, implementing, supporting, or managing enterprise physical security systems and technologies.
• Strong expertise with Physical Access Control Systems, Video Management Systems, badging, and related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Lenel OnGuard, C•CURE 9000, Genetec Security Center, or comparable platforms.
• Experience with system migrations, integrations, upgrades, commissioning, and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of security system architecture, networking, databases, servers, and cloud or hybrid environments.
• Strong project coordination, organization, communication, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
