TL;DR

Location: Buckeye, Arizona 85326, United States; onsite

Salary: $19–$24.50 per hour, based on position and experience. Full-time positions may include a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid in three installments during the first year.

What you will do

  • Provide hands-on patient care, including rooming patients, taking vital signs, administering injections, performing urine testing, and supporting anemia and iron management.
  • Assist with patient education and coordinate clinical procedures, specimen collection, diagnostic testing, blood pressure monitoring, scheduling, and follow-up care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR and communicate important patient updates to providers.
  • Manage patient scheduling, recalls, referrals, and care coordination to support treatment plans.
  • Maintain medical records and inventory, follow HIPAA requirements, and collaborate with teams across multiple locations.

Requirements

  • Medical Assistant certification such as CMA or RMA, or graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
  • 1–2 years of clinical Medical Assistant experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience with EMR systems and common clinical and office equipment.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a patient-first approach.
  • Ability to work onsite in Buckeye, Arizona.
