Manager, Field and Advisor Communications

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota; at least four days per week in the office, with flexibility to work from home one day per week

Base salary: $87,400–$120,200 per year, with potential variable compensation depending on the role.

What you will do

• Provide strategic communications consulting for business partners within the Advice and Wealth Management segment.
• Create, manage, execute, and measure communications plans supporting firm priorities and advisor practice growth.
• Write, edit, and coordinate communications for advisors, field members, and other audiences.
• Coordinate compliance approvals and integrate communications plans with broader initiatives.
• Build relationships with leaders, business partners, and stakeholders to understand their goals and develop relevant content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least five years of experience in communications or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strategic thinking, coaching, influencing, and multitasking skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Valid U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.

Nice to have

• Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• Understanding of the financial services industry.
