PSS Regional Manager (Biotech)

Location: Remote with frequent local travel around Seattle, Washington; additional travel up to 5%. The role covers teams in Washington and Colorado and requires authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Salary: $100,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage business operations for multiple scientific teams in the Pacific Northwest.
• Lead direct reports, group leaders, and laboratory or manufacturing teams while supporting client operations.
• Coordinate technical resources and staffing to meet client goals, deadlines, quality standards, and productivity metrics.
• Conduct employee reviews, coach staff, and develop succession and engagement plans.
• Manage client relationships, operational risk, governance, and business development activities.
• Promote operational excellence, teamwork, efficiency, and service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biotechnical sciences, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent directly related experience.
• At least five years of experience leading direct reports.
• Scientific background with hands-on laboratory experience in pharmaceutical, clinical, or GMP laboratory settings.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Ability to travel frequently within the Seattle area and up to 5% beyond the local area.
• Strong client service, communication, leadership, organizational, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
