Senior Revenue Operations Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Base pay: $80,000–$142,000 USD per year, with potential performance bonus, benefits, and other incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional strategic projects by structuring business problems, evaluating solutions, implementing processes, and measuring impact.
• Own quarterly bonus calculations, representative quota setting, and quota updates.
• Maintain capacity models, forecast algorithms, product reporting, and weekly KPI reporting for Revenue leadership.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools covering quota attainment, capacity utilization, and forecast accuracy.
• Lead ad hoc modeling for high-visibility initiatives, including customer success capacity models and pricing and packaging analysis.
• Build and maintain Claude AI agents that provide self-service access to recurring analyses and data.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business or Data Analytics, or another relevant quantitative field.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets modeling skills, including independently building complex and error-resistant spreadsheet models.
• Experience using data to transform business processes and improve operational performance.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Revenue, Data & Analytics, FP&A, Commissions, HR, and Business Systems.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Looker or Tableau experience.
• SQL experience.
• Experience building or using AI agents and tools such as Claude.
